Plague doctors, doomsayers, chimneys of billowing smoke, and colossal atomic-powered automata—through it all, the industrial revolution grinds on. This is Halicinor Obscura, a dark hybrid of steampunk and high fantasy in which dreams and nightmares walk abreast.
